Please, Be Sure to List Your Top 5 Favorite Pairs in Order of Preference as we will go down the list to try to get you the Highest spot on Your favorite litters but will, also, place you Based on Your Odds of Getting Your Preferred Size and/or Color.

IF Before or At SEVEN (7) Weeks of Age the Puppy(ies) are Not the Right Fit or Something Happens, YOU CAN Choose to Pass; DEPOSITS are TRANSFERABLE for UP TO TWELVE MONTHS. There is NO Obligation to choose a certain puppy, a certain litter, a certain season or even to choose Lucky Little Aussies.

We want You to Choose what is Right for Your Family; Household Budget, Timing, Puppy & Family Compatibility and Breeder & Family Compatibility are All Very Important.

If You Do Choose another breeder, Keep in Mind the Deposits (aka Service Fees) are Non-refundable BUT let us know, so, we can fill your spot and send you with Our Puppy Packet, a Paid Training Course, Additional Training E-Books, a Microchip Offer & MORE to help you with your new family member! 🥰

HOW DOES THE RESERVATION PROCESS WORK??

Reservations are made via a Non-Refundable Deposit that is Situationally Transferrable.

Deposits can ONLY be placed on:

— An Available Puppy/Dog

— An Available Spot on a Current -or- Upcoming Litter

HOW LONG IS THE WAIT TIME AFTER BEING APPROVED??

The WAIT Does VARY.

The wait can be as Short as TWO DAYS up to TWELVE MONTHS with MANY VARIABLES.

OVERALL, This method allows families to take the Process of Puppy Buying back into their hands by being a system that works FOR Families & what Fits Best for THEM. ❤️

BUT...BEFORE placing a Nonrefundable Deposit to Reserve Your Spot for a Current or Upcoming Litter (Depending on Availability) You Must Follow ALL Steps on OUR PROCESS Page OR Your Deposit will be Returned MINUS a Processing Fee!

*[1] Despite Planning and Preferences, heat cycles, expected breeding partners (the sire), pregnancies and litter size are Not Guaranteed.

Examples:

Sometimes heat cycles can be missed due to Silent Heats, Split Heats or other incidents during breeding.

Sometimes we plan for a certain male and list the “Expected Pair” in our Newsletter to breed a certain female, but IF she refuses him completely and does not allow him to mate her we have to choose a different, Compatible, male to take his place*.

*This is NOT a Dual Sired litter in this case. Any Dual Sired litter is Fully Disclosed as such.

Sometimes a female can absorb the pregnancy or miscarry, we do our absolute best to keep them happy, comfortable, appropriately active, healthy (extra NuVet Vitamins, Probiotics, Dyne [on occasion], Kibble and Real, Unprocessed Treats, etc.) and much more Quality Care but the dam may still lose a pregnancy.

This loss is taken hard by all of us and we are aware of the disappointment this may cause; IF this occurs you are Offered a Full Refund of your Non-refundable Deposit or the Opportunity to Transfer your Deposit to a Different litter with Open spots or an available puppy.

Sometimes we may lose a puppy (all the way up to 8 weeks of age) due to unforeseeable circumstances* (Ex. something internal that is underdeveloped or failing that we cannot see). We have lost a couple newborn puppies, a couple at 2 weeks old, one at 3 weeks old and now a few between 4-8 weeks old.

*Any puppies that show any signs of struggle or decline immediately see a veterinarian & we consult a Licensed Veterinarian and do Whatever we can within reasonable limits to save them.

This loss is extremely difficult for us, the dam and of course the expected families who fall in love with all of these babies before choosing their puppy around 7 weeks of age. We Wish that these circumstances were impossible but, unfortunately, they are possible with Any litter in Any Program anywhere in the world.

IF Your Spot cannot be Fulfilled due to not enough puppies in Your Reserved Litter or Death Occurs:

You are Offered a Full Refund* of your Non-refundable Deposit

-or-

The Opportunity to Transfer your Deposit to a Different litter with Open spots or to an Available Puppy (if applicable).

*Heat Cycles & Pregnancies can be LATE and Sire's may Differ but those instances are Not Applicable for a refund of the non-refundable deposit.

*[2] We have partnered with a select few families and have Co-Owned dogs; the litters resulting from these partnerships are:

— Whelped & Raised by Lucky Little Aussies

(Raised from Birth or from 4+ Weeks of Age - Situation Varies)

— Raised Entirely by Partner Families that follow Our Program Guidelines and Procedures.

All Co-Own Litters Come with All of Our Guarantees, Lifetime Support & All Other Inclusions! ❤️

While Puppies are being Raised in Partner Homes:

— L.L.A performs frequent virtual Check-ins to ensure families remember & are performing the Right Activities/Tasks for each stage and the Required activities/tasks Daily for Each of the 8-10 Weeks of age.

— L.L.A, also, performs Bi-Weekly In-Person Home Checks

(to check-in, offer extra help, provide extra socialization, perform consecutive dose deworming, vaccinate, etc.).

By Purchasing a Puppy or Dog from Lucky Little Aussies' or our Co-Own Litters You are AGREEING to ALL Legal Disclosures AND Lucky Little Aussies' Contract.

We do ample Mental & Physical Evaluations in all efforts to provide preliminary drive levels, aptitude scores, personality qualities & energy levels to help families make an Informed Decision when choosing to Adopt an Aussie from us.

All TRAINING & SOCIALIZATION once Puppies/Dogs Leave L.L.A's Care

is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the Adoptive Family.

Environmental Factors have a HUGE impact on Determining HOW a Dog will behave as an Adult.

When you Adopt a Living Creature there are Expected Responsibilities Adoptive Families must Perform on a REGULAR BASIS.

This Applies to any & all Socialization, Training, Physical, Mental & Medical Needs!

Want to Visit L.L.A, Volunteer or Come to Pick-Up Your Puppy?

🛑 Please, READ Disclosures BELOW! 🛑

All families, please be advised, Lucky Little Aussies is located on our Family Ranch and on all farm/ranch settings there are inherent risks, such as:

— Uneven ground

— Gravel

— Dirt

— Stickers/weeds/thorns

— Ticks in some areas

— Loose sticks/stones

— Farm/Ranch Equipment

— Potentially Rusty Items in some areas (like old Barbed Wire)

— etc.

All of which could pose a trip/fall hazard, stubbed toes, foot/ankle injuries, risk of tetanus and/or lime disease (though unlikely based on CDC map).

Also, any individuals and/or families interacting with Puppies Must Acknowledge:

— Puppies have Sharp Teeth and Occasionally even Sharp Nails.

Scratches or Nips may occur.

If bringing Children/Minors:

1) Never Leave Children/Minors Unattended

2) Be sure to hold young children while in the puppy area or while on uneven ground until they are comfortable;

— This is advised to help prevent scratching or nipping of the face, arms, legs, clothes, etc. when down with excited puppies

— This is, also, to help prevent children children from running, tripping, falling and injure themselves or any puppies

Please Note: Inside the puppy area, & right outside of it, there is Seating but children can fall off if unattended.

We Do offer a Sitting Area Nearby and Have:

— A kids sandbox

— Playground (Seasonal)

— Some toys

— Additionally, our children may be participating in activities nearby

(such as, playing Games, Sports, Driving ride-on kids vehicles, etc.)

Children/Minors are welcome to use, play with or participate in any activity with Onsite Parental Approval but not all activities may be age appropriate and some toys may pose a choke hazard!

These are Optional Activities and IF Parents Opt for their children to use, play with or participate in any activity Lucky Little Aussies will not be held liable.

Keep an Eye on Your Children at ALL Times, Please.

L.L.A's Adult Dogs can often be brought out upon Request, however, individuals/families Must Acknowledge:

— Some may bark at strange people (some more than others & some not at all)

— Some may even jump up or run around out of excitement with new visitors and could potentially knock someone over

(Though unlikely, you have been warned 😅🙈)

ALL Visitors Must Wash Hands Upon Arrival OR Sanitize Upon Arrival and Agree to Sanitize frequently.

Social Distancing will be expected & required.

It is Advised that Visitors wear Face Masks if indoors.

ALL Visitors & Volunteers Must:

1) Wipe their Shoes UPON ARRIVAL (Slowly) on a mat/rug Containing BLEACH!

2) Then WAIT TEN (10) MINUTES off to the side to ensure nothing is transmitted onto our property.

3) ALL Visitors & Volunteers are welcome to remove their shoes in the Puppy Area, if desired, however, socks Must be worn.

If you do not have socks you are welcome to purchase them here or keep your cleaned shoes on.

Please Note: By Visiting you Agree to All Rules & Regulations L.L.A has set forth to Protect our Animals & Family.

All individuals/families Acknowledge that Bleach Can splash on shoes and shoes Can be stained.

Old or cheap shoes are Recommended! Please, Consider this and the Uneven/Loose ground when Choosing your Shoes, PLEASE. ❤️

We can NOT allow Visitors to bring animals/dogs at this time because it can expose L.L.A's puppies/dogs to diseases, such as:

— Canine Influenza

— Brucellosis (Carried Asymptomatically by Pets)

— Canine Herpes (Carried Asymptomatically by Pets)

— etc.

ALL Visitors must READ, Sign & Return a waiver/release of liability via email BEFORE Arriving 🐾

L.L.A's Address will be provided to ALL Families AFTER the waiver is signed. 🙂

🛑 This waiver is set to last indefinitely unless Written Termination is Requested, so, individuals/families do not have to re-sign it for any Future Visits, Volunteering or Pick-Up.

— However, if an individual or family does not sign the release of liability they cannot enter the premises If this is the case, L.L.A can Meet individuals/families in neutral location to allow pick-up of the puppy/dog they choose to Adopt 🥰
