These Forms are L.L.A's Reservation Request Forms for different Stages of the Process;

One Form is for Puppies 7 Weeks of Age - Adults VS the Other Form is for Unborn Puppies - 6 Weeks of Age!

Reserving a "Spot" on a Litter is, essentially, Reserving a place in-line on a Specific Litter for one of Your Favorite Pairings — Specific Puppy Availability is UNKNOWN until 7+ Weeks of Age and is Based on Your Place "in-line"..

Families can only Reserve an Individual Puppy, Specifically, if the Litter Email with all Mental, Physical & Medical Evaluations have been Completed, to Ensure an Informed Fur-Life Decision.

All Reservation Requests are Reviewed PRIOR to a Deposit, However, a Puppy or Spot is Not Reserved without a Non-Refundable Deposit!

Once families are given the Green-Light that a puppy of interest or a spot is still available it is recommended that the family reserve with a deposit ASAP to avoid missing that opportunity; however, there will be More Opportunities in the future, so, no pressure.

Deposits are Non-Refundable AND Non-Transferable on Puppies/Dogs Over 7 Weeks of Age!
